Using Game View Player

You must be at least 13 years old to use Game View Player. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

Content

Creators retain ownership of their content. By publishing on Game View Player, creators grant Game View a license to display, distribute, and promote their content on the platform.

Payments

Pay-per-play and paid interactions are processed by Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Pricing is set by creators and displayed before purchase.

Creator Revenue Share

• Studio creators keep 70% of revenue from their experiences.
• Studio Pro creators keep 85% of revenue from their experiences.

Payouts are processed weekly via Stripe Connect.

Prohibited Content

• No illegal content of any kind.
• No harassment or targeted abuse.
• No intellectual property violations.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.
